30-Day Home Trial
We stand by our product and offer a 30-day Home Trial money-back guarantee.
- Must be within 30 days of delivery and shipped with the original packaging.
- Products must be undamaged and able to resell.
- Returned package must be complete with accessories and gifts.
Eligible purchases are subject to the terms of our 30-Day Home Trial Terms and Conditions.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request to cancel their order within 2 days of placing it by contacting our support team at support@merach.com.
As long as the order has not yet been shipped and the request is made within this 48-hour window, the cancellation will be considered valid.
Once we receive the cancellation request, the merchant will process it within 1day, completing the cancellation and issuing a refund.
If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, customers may follow our standard return process to initiate a return.
Returning Your Merach Product
If the return is caused by the consumer, they are responsible for the shipping fee.
- Returns must be approved and may incur an additional return shipping fee.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and shipped with the original packaging.
- If the product is returned damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of abuse, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge restocking fees.
Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:
- A legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
- Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc., show signs of tampering or alteration.
- Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
- A product is not delivered to MERACH within seven 7 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from MERACH.

About Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping costs. Examples of instances may include:
- The item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part.
- We shipped out the wrong item.
- We shipped it to the wrong address.
- We shipped a duplicate order.
- Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period.
IMPORTANT: For items that arrive damaged or are defective, YOU MUST contact MERACH Support Within 24H and provide video/photos to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning. If a customer refuses or fails to send photos/video of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, this return will be treated as "buyer’s reason" and MERACH reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at MERACH’s sole discretion.

How to Get a Refund
You have two ways to get a refund:

- Follow these steps to register your return:

- Select the subject of return and refund.
- Provide the order number, tracking number, and item photos with the original packing.
- Return the item after the support team approves your refund request.

Refunds (less shipping and restocking fees) will be applied to your original payment method once the return is processed in our warehouse.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days upon receiving the full return package, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
